OfferMagnet is published by LIMED. This page says what the iPhone app and the website do with your information.
On iPhone
When you add a resume, the app reads its text on your device to find your skills. The file is not uploaded. Your resume text, targets (role, pay, visa, places), tailored resumes and application tracker are stored only on your iPhone, in the app's protected storage. We don't receive them and we don't sell them.
Job listings are public postings the app downloads directly from the job-board services companies use for their career pages (such as Greenhouse, Ashby and Lever). Nothing about you or your resume is sent with those requests. Scoring and tailoring run on your device.
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. We use RevenueCat to check whether your subscription is active; it receives an anonymous identifier and your purchase history, never your name, email or resume.
On the web
The website needs an account so your feed and tracker follow you between devices. We store:
- Your email address, to sign you in.
- The text of your resume and the skills found in it, to score jobs. The PDF is read in your browser and is not uploaded.
- Your targets, tracker and tailored resumes.
This data is stored with Supabase (EU region) and is only readable by your account. When you ask for a tailored resume, your resume text and the posting are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to write it. Anthropic doesn't use API data to train its models. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card.
Usage analytics
If enabled, we use Microsoft Clarity to see which screens are used and where things are confusing. It records anonymous interactions, masks text you type, and never receives your resume.
Deleting your data
On iPhone: Profile, then Delete all my data. Deleting the app does the same. On the web: Settings, then Delete all my data. To delete your account and email too, write to us.
