These terms cover the OfferMagnet website, published by LIMED. By creating an account you agree to them.
What OfferMagnet does
OfferMagnet lists public job postings, scores them against the resume you provide, helps you tailor that resume, and tracks your applications. We don't apply to jobs for you and we can't promise interviews or offers.
Your content
Your resume and notes stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the service for you. You're responsible for checking every tailored resume before you send it and for making sure it's true.
Job postings
Postings come from companies' public career boards. We don't verify them, and details like visa sponsorship are read from the posting's own wording. Always confirm on the company's site.
Pro subscription
Pro renews monthly or yearly until you cancel in Settings. A new subscriber gets a 3-day free trial; cancel before it ends and you won't be charged. Payments are handled by Stripe. Refunds are at our discretion; write to us.
Fair use
Don't resell the service, scrape it, or use it to generate resumes for people who haven't asked you to. We may suspend accounts that do.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, LIMED's liability is limited to what you paid in the last 12 months.
